Arabic lunch meets weekly in the ALC-ALIF garden. Students provide their own food (from home, Z Café, or elsewhere) and sit with other students of Arabic and local Moroccan native speakers (often language partners) to informally discuss a variety of topics. A professor is always present to monitor the discussion, check for errors, answer questions, and ensure the continual use of Arabic. Groups are formed around those practicing either Modern Standard Arabic or Colloquial Moroccan Arabic. Students of all levels are welcome.
