The Cooking Club is a favorite way for students of English and students of Arabic to connect with one another. Club members gather to cook a variety of choice Moroccan specialties (traditional and with a twist) in the newly-renovated kitchen of the ALIF Riad, situated in the historic medina of Fes, before enjoying the meal together in one of its spacious, tiled salons. Occasionally, meetings include a market tour, or an international dish by a guest chef. Suggestions are accepted. Space is limited and it is imperative to sign up in advance.
Meets approximately once per month on a Sunday at 3pm in the ALIF Riad. Sign-up is essential.
